Characteristics
The RKE dampers have been developped to balance the ventilation ductwork with high mechanical stress (operating pressure up to 8000 Pa) and are suitable for large-sized ventilation ductworks (up to 2000×2000 mm).
Their strengthness and reliability shall ensure an optimized and safe operation of air managementsystem. These dampers can also be delivered with frame and drilling specifications according to ISO 15138.
Construction :
- Frame and blades : galvanized steel
- Frame thickness : 3 mm
- Blades thickness : 2 x 1.5 mm
- Blades driven by linkage opposed blade operation in zinc-plated steel
- Seal on blades and frame : EPDM
Performances :
- Acceptable air velocity : 5000 Pa
- Upsteam/downstream airtightness : class 3 (according EN1751)
