Fifteen companies, including the creation and production workshops that were previously located near Paris will now be brought together in one place.<\/p>\n<p>The building, a white exo-structure in ultra high performance fiber concrete (UHPC) designed by the architect Rudy Ricciotti (National Grand Prix for Architecture in 2006), looks like a fabric whose weft changes according to the orientation of the fully glazed facades.<\/p>\n<p>The 600 craftsmen expert in the luxury sector (bootmakers, feather workers, silversmiths, embroiderers, glove makers, etc.) will occupy the 25 500 m<sup>2<\/sup>\u00a0on five floors and two basements (technical storage and car park), 1\u00a0000 of which will be open to the public.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The \u201cManufacture de la mode\u201d (Fashion Factory), located on the border of the 19th arrondissement, on a 9,000 m2\u00a0site, will welcome designers working for a French luxury goods company by the end of 2020.
