With its 220 meters high, 48 floors and 76,000 square meters of surface (including 66,000 m2 of offices), the tower will be able to accommodate some 5,800 employees and will include many common spaces.<\/p>\n<p>The challenge of F2A to satisfy the needs of itscustomer\u00a0<strong>Cegelec groupe Vinci<\/strong>\u00a0?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Respond to the<strong>\u00a0technical requirements of sound attenuation<\/strong>\u00a0resulting from an air treatment decentralized by mini-AHU.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Limit the propagation of vibrations in the ventilation system<\/strong>\u00a0while minimizing the risk of leakage for networks located near junction points maintaining an optimum airtightness.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ensure the acoustic comfort of the occupants<\/strong>\u00a0combined with significant energy savings complying with the energy labels obtained by the structure (HQE,BREEAM, Well\u2026).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For this project, F2A supplied\u00a0<strong>2643 MCE circular artight sleeve and 3524 CONFORT 50<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Visual : View from the Esplanade de La D\u00e9fense Image Credit AJN.
