Characteristics
The RI damper is specifically designed to isolate or mechanically close the section of a ventilation network. It is suitable for P4 laboratory, and offers a very high degree of airtightness.
Construction:
- Frame and blades: galvanized steel, stainless steel 304L or 316L
- Gaskets on the frame and blades: EPDM
- Control shift: Ø16 mm
- Blades actuation via linkage
- Available with manual or motorized control
Performances:
- Upstream/downstream airtightness: class 4 according to EN 1751 (leakage rate 0.71 l.s-1.m-2 à 500 Pa)
- Frame’s airtightness: class C according to EN 1751
- Acceptable pressure: 1 200 Pa for a length of L = 1m
- Operating temperature: -20 to +80°C
