Characteristics
TKO fire dampers are class A0/A60 according to code FTP and certifified MED 2014/90/EU in accordance to SOLAS international convention.These equipments prevent fire and smokes from spreading in offshore and marine ventilation systems.
Construction :
- Frame and blades : galvanized steel Z275, stainless steel 304L or 316L
- Sides vertical seals : AISI 304 stainless steel – 1.4301
- Opposed blade operation
- Bearings : bronze insert
Performances :
- Acceptable pressure : 6 000 Pa for L = 1,2 m (accidental, 10 000 Pa)
- Upsteam/downstream airtightness : Not classified
- Operating temperature : -55 to +60°C
- Operating velocity : up to 25 m/s
