TEXI MOVE
- Dynamic air distribution textile duct with ODS (Optimized Diffusion System)

Description
The TEXI MOVE textile duct is a dynamic air distribution solution designed to optimize heating, cooling, and ventilation performance throughout the year. Unlike conventional air distribution systems that require a compromise between heating and cooling modes, TEXI MOVE automatically adapts its air distribution pattern to the building’s actual requirements.
Its operating principle is based on the exclusive ODS (Optimized Diffusion System), incorporating a motorized internal membrane capable of modifying the air distribution configuration according to the selected operating mode. The textile duct automatically adapts its air distribution strategy to meet the specific requirements of heating or cooling operation without compromising aerodynamic performance.
In cooling mode, the membrane is positioned to provide air distribution adapted to the natural downward movement of cooled air into the occupied zone. In heating mode, it automatically changes position to optimize warm air distribution and ensure effective air mixing throughout the treated volume. Each operating mode therefore benefits from a specifically adapted air distribution strategy.
TEXI MOVE technology makes it possible to combine several air distribution principles within a single system. Depending on project requirements, it can integrate low-velocity air distribution similar to TEXI SOFT, slot air distribution similar to TEXI PULSE, or induction air distribution similar to TEXI JET. This flexibility provides a solution perfectly adapted to the aerodynamic, architectural, and climatic constraints of the building.
Thanks to its motorized membrane and automatic adaptability, the TEXI MOVE textile duct helps to:
- Independently optimize heating and cooling performance
- Improve temperature uniformity throughout the space
- Ensure optimal comfort throughout the year
- Automatically adapt air distribution to the operating mode
- Reduce thermal stratification
- Control air velocities within occupied zones
- Optimize HVAC system performance
- Deliver efficient air distribution under all operating conditions
The TEXI MOVE textile duct is particularly well suited to buildings requiring optimum performance in both heating and cooling applications, including:
- Industrial buildings
- Production workshops
- Logistics warehouses
- Distribution centres
- Public buildings (ERP)
- Shopping centres
- Sports halls and gymnasiums
- Exhibition halls
- Commercial buildings
- Facilities subject to significant thermal load variations
Thanks to its controlled dynamic air distribution technology, the TEXI MOVE textile duct optimizes each operating mode individually while ensuring excellent thermal comfort, efficient air distribution, and perfect adaptation to building requirements throughout the year.

Operating guidelines
Effective upstream filtration
Regardless of the cleaning frequency, filtration is essential. A minimum upstream filtration efficiency of ISO ePM1 ≥ 50% is recommended to limit textile duct fouling and preserve long-term air distribution performance. In environments with high particle concentrations, ISO ePM1 ≥ 80% filtration is recommended.
Progressive duct pressurization during system start-up
Textile ducts are sensitive to pressure surges caused by abrupt fan start-up. The use of a frequency inverter on the fan motor supply, or a motorized damper with progressive opening and spring return (see our damper range), is recommended to ensure smooth duct pressurization.
Regular textile duct maintenance
Cleaning intervals should be established according to the level of duct contamination (upstream filtration efficiency, return air pollution level, etc.). As a minimum guideline:
- Once per year for polyester textile ducts
- Once every three years for textile ducts manufactured from technical fabrics
- More frequently in highly polluted environments
Refer to our maintenance and cleaning instructions for further information.
