TEXI BUZ
- Very high-induction textile duct

Description
The TEXI BUZ textile duct is an air distribution solution specifically designed for very high buildings and large-volume spaces requiring exceptional throw distances and optimal thermal comfort.
Thanks to conical nozzles specifically sized and positioned for each project, the TEXI BUZ textile duct delivers very high-velocity air distribution between 15 and 25 m/s. This technology achieves exceptional throw distances while maintaining excellent thermal comfort within occupied zones.
Its operating principle is based on a very high induction ratio, ensuring rapid mixing between supply air and ambient air. This feature makes TEXI BUZ particularly effective for heating, cooling, and ventilation of high-bay buildings, even at low air change rates, while efficiently reducing thermal stratification.
The TEXI BUZ textile duct is one of the most effective solutions for air treatment in logistics warehouses, industrial halls, high-bay public buildings, and facilities requiring throw distances of several tens of metres. This textile air distribution technology is particularly recommended for heating large-volume spaces and industrial buildings exceeding 10 metres in height, where conventional air distribution systems reach their throw limitations.
The TEXI BUZ textile duct is particularly well suited to applications requiring long throw distances and excellent temperature uniformity in high-bay buildings, including:
- Logistics warehouses and distribution centres
- Automated logistics centres
- High-bay storage buildings
- Industrial halls and production workshops
- Large retail stores and shopping centres
- Exhibition halls
- Gymnasiums and sports centres
- Ice rinks
- Public buildings
- High-bay industrial buildings
Thanks to its very high-induction nozzle air distribution technology, the TEXI BUZ textile duct optimizes heating, cooling, and industrial ventilation in large-volume spaces while ensuring excellent temperature uniformity, exceptional throw distances, and a high level of thermal comfort, even in buildings exceeding 10 metres in height and operating at low air change rates.

Operating guidelines
Operating guidelines
Progressive duct pressurization during system start-up
Textile ducts are sensitive to pressure surges caused by abrupt fan start-up. The use of a frequency inverter on the fan motor supply, or a motorized damper with progressive opening and spring return (see our LTI damper range), is recommended to ensure smooth duct pressurization.
Regular textile duct maintenance
Cleaning intervals should be established according to the level of duct contamination (upstream filtration efficiency, return air pollution level, etc.). As a minimum guideline:
- Once per year for polyester textile ducts
- Once every three years for textile ducts manufactured from technical fabrics
- More frequently in highly polluted environments
Refer to our maintenance and cleaning instructions for further information.
