Description

The PREMIUM+ silencers are designed to maximize acoustic attenuation in circular ductwork while reducing overall dimensions compared with conventional circular silencers.

Designed for commercial and residential applications, they incorporate a central acoustic baffle that effectively reduces ventilation system noise and delivers excellent acoustic performance, particularly at low frequencies.

Their acoustic and aerodynamic performance has been tested and validated by an independent laboratory in accordance with ISO 7235:2009.

• 1.0 mm galvanized steel casing
• Central acoustic baffle, 50 mm or 100 mm wide depending on diameter, manufactured from 0.5 mm galvanized steel
• Mineral wool insulation with glass veil facing
• Male spigot connection with EPDM gasket
• Minimum airtightness class C
• Fire classification: A2-s1,d0 (M0)
• Available diameters: Ø100 to Ø500 mm
• Available lengths: 600, 1000 and 1500 mm

Performances

Acoustics

• Tested by an independent laboratory in accordance with EN ISO 7235:2009
• High acoustic performance at low frequencies, with attenuation of up to 15 dB at 63 Hz

Pressure loss

• The rounded aerodynamic baffle profile can reduce pressure losses by up to 30% compared with a straight-edge profile in certain configurations

Airtightness

• Minimum class C airtightness with male spigot connection fitted with an EPDM gasket
