Description

The ELYTUB range of textile flexible ducts is designed for the flexible conveying, extraction, supply and transfer of air, gases, fumes and particulate matter in ventilation, air conditioning, air handling and industrial applications.

Developed to meet the wide-ranging requirements of HVAC and industrial installations, the ELYTUB range provides flexible connections for equipment exposed to mechanical, thermal, chemical and environmental stresses while ensuring the continuity and reliability of the ductwork system.

Thanks to its flexible textile construction, ELYTUB simplifies equipment connections, absorbs installation-related stresses and adapts to applications requiring flexibility, lightweight construction and ease of installation.

Unlike standard flexible ducts designed for a limited range of applications, ELYTUB benefits from F2A’s textile expertise and a wide selection of technical materials to meet demanding requirements for temperature resistance, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, fire safety, ATEX environments and food-grade compliance.

Depending on the application, ELYTUB flexible ducts can be manufactured with parallel stainless steel 304 reinforcing rings or a continuous stainless steel 304 support spiral to optimize mechanical strength, flexibility and resistance to operating conditions.

This design makes it possible to manufacture circular flexible ducts as well as special shapes, section transitions and custom connections adapted to the specific requirements of HVAC ductwork and industrial process systems.

The ELYTUB range has been developed for the most demanding ventilation, air handling and industrial process applications. Thanks to the wide variety of technical materials available, it can be used to convey air, gases, fumes, dust, granules and solid particles.
