Description

The ELYT+ K is an airtight framed flexible sleeve kit designed for the rapid fabrication of rectangular flexible sleeves for ventilation, air conditioning and air handling systems.

Developed to meet the increasing energy performance requirements of modern buildings, the ELYT+ K enables airtight flexible sleeves to be manufactured directly on site or in the workshop while ensuring high HVAC performance.

Supplied as a complete kit ready to cut and assemble, the ELYT+ K offers great installation flexibility when the final connection dimensions are not known in advance or require on-site adjustment.

Thanks to its integrated seals, metal frames and optimized design, the ELYT+ K maintains the airtight continuity of HVAC ductwork while minimizing air leakage at duct connections.

Depending on the material selected, flexible sleeves manufactured using the ELYT+ K can achieve airtightness levels up to Class D in accordance with EN 15727, ensuring high and repeatable on-site performance.

This airtight flexible sleeve provides a reliable solution for reducing air leakage, improving the energy performance of HVAC systems and meeting the requirements of RT 2012 and RE2020, while supporting energy efficiency and building decarbonization objectives.

In addition to its airtightness performance, the ELYT+ K helps reduce vibration transmission between equipment and ductwork while contributing to the attenuation of noise generated by ventilation and air handling systems.
