Description

The ELYT+ airtight framed flexible sleeve is designed to ensure the continuity of airtightness in rectangular HVAC ductwork for ventilation, air conditioning and air handling systems.

Developed to meet the increasing energy performance requirements of modern buildings, ELYT+ helps minimize air leakage at duct connections while maintaining the airtightness levels required for HVAC installations.

This airtight flexible sleeve provides a reliable solution for reducing air leakage, improving the energy performance of HVAC ductwork and contributing to lower building energy consumption. Thanks to its certified airtightness performance, it supports compliance with RT 2012 and RE2020 requirements as well as energy efficiency and decarbonization strategies for ventilation, air conditioning and air handling systems.

Unlike flexible sleeves assembled directly on site, ELYT+ is factory manufactured and available in two versions to meet the needs of contractors, manufacturers and building operators:

ELYT+ M: supplied fully assembled and ready to install;

ELYT+ A: supplied as a kit, ready for assembly.

This design ensures consistent, repeatable airtightness performance that meets the requirements of modern HVAC installations.

Thanks to its integrated seals and optimized design, ELYT+ achieves airtightness levels up to Class D in accordance with EN 15727, significantly reducing air leakage at duct connections.

In addition to its airtightness performance, ELYT+ helps reduce vibration transmission between equipment and ductwork while contributing to the attenuation of noise generated by ventilation and air handling systems.

Available in a range of materials and fire classifications, the ELYT+ airtight framed flexible sleeve meets the requirements of commercial buildings, public buildings (ERP), technical rooms and environments requiring high indoor air quality.
