Description
The RCI iris damper is specifically designed for accurate airflow measurement and control in circular ventilation ductwork. Thanks to its adjustable diaphragm mechanism, it enables precise balancing of HVAC systems while providing reliable airflow readings through integrated pressure measurement ports.
The RCI is particularly well suited to commercial ventilation systems, HVAC installations, and air handling units (AHUs) requiring accurate and repeatable airflow adjustment.
Manufactured from galvanized steel or stainless steel and equipped with nitrile rubber lip seals, the damper ensures an airtight connection to the ductwork while providing excellent long-term mechanical durability.
Available in diameters from Ø80 to Ø800 mm, the RCI iris damper covers a wide airflow range and provides an ideal solution for airflow balancing, measurement, and maintenance operations in ventilation systems.
