Description

The AS low-pressure backdraught damper is designed to prevent reverse airflow in commercial ventilation systems. Thanks to its gravity-operated design, the blades open under the effect of the airflow and automatically close when the airflow reverses, ensuring one-way air circulation.

Designed for low-pressure HVAC applications, the AS damper provides a simple, cost-effective, and reliable solution for protecting ventilation systems against unwanted air backflow.

Its lightweight construction, featuring aluminium blades and a galvanized steel frame, helps minimize pressure losses, reduce noise levels, and ensure quiet operation in commercial ventilation installations.

The AS damper is particularly well suited to supply air systems, extract air systems, air handling units, and low-pressure ventilation installations in commercial buildings.
