SONIE BD+
- Rectangular
- High-performance acoustic baffle for 400°C / 2 h smoke exhaust applications

Description
The SONIE BD+ is a high-performance acoustic baffle specifically designed for smoke extraction applications and HVAC ductwork systems exposed to demanding aerodynamic and thermal conditions. It provides effective noise attenuation while offering a 400°C/2h fire resistance rating.
Its expanded metal erosion protection allows air velocities of up to 20 m/s within the ductwork. SONIE BD+ acoustic baffles are particularly well suited to smoke extraction applications such as car parks, tunnels, and other high-velocity ventilation systems.
Characteristics
- Grooved galvanized steel frame
- Rounded aerodynamic profile
- Expanded metal erosion protection
- Riveted or clipped assembly
- Monobloc mineral wool insulation
- Density: 24 kg/m³ ±10%
- Fire classification: A2-s1,d0 (M0)
- Fire resistance: 400°C / 2 h
