Our CSR Commitments and Environmental Approach
As a recognized leader in the ventilation industry for many years, F2A is committed to responsible management practices, including quality, environmental protection, ethics, health and safety, and the improvement of workplace safety.
Our actions are rooted in the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, which have formed the foundation of our commitment to sustainable development.
It was therefore only natural that we launched a voluntary Corporate Social Responsibility initiative in 2021.

“It is my commitment, and that of the F2A Executive Committee, to do everything in our power to achieve the goals and ambitions we have set for ourselves in the area of CSR.”
Jean-Philippe Margrita -CEO of F2A
Carbon footprint assessment
F2A has been conducting its carbon footprint assessment since 2022 and has systematically reduced its carbon footprint every year. F2A is committed to sustainably reducing the carbon impact of its activities and its GHG emissions through several
structuring actions:
- Eco-design of our products
- Flow optimization and waste recovery
- More responsible procurement
- Energy efficiency plan
F2A is aiming further and building its Climate Transition plan with a 2032 horizon to align with the international targets
of the Paris Agreement.
The 2025 assessment, carried out with Orki (scopes 1, 2 and 3), stands at 11.9 ktCO2e, a reduction of our carbon footprint of 9% compared to 2024.

Sustainability Approach
Acting today to build a better tomorrow together.
Committed for many years, our responsible approach is built on core values such as environmental protection, ethics, health, hygiene and safety (HSE), and continuous improvement toward excellence. Naturally, in 2022, we launched a voluntary Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.
The commitment of F2A’s management team is to fully implement our CSR objectives and ambitions. These are embedded in a structured framework built around four key pillars:

Greenly-certified measurement for our 2024 carbon footprint, with a 33% reduction in emissions, reaching 13,000 tCO₂e compared to 19,400 tCO₂e in 2023.
EcoVadis score: 62/100, an increase of 11 points, placing F2A among the top 10% of companies assessed.
Responsible waste management: 90% of waste recycled, 100% recovery of wool waste, and a 10% annual reduction in both non-hazardous and hazardous industrial waste.
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications, with ISO 27001 in progress.
2024 results: 6 minor accidents, frequency rate of 18. Continued deployment of the HSE approach.
€120k invested to improve ergonomics, capture welding fumes, adapt workstations, and provide 1,870 hours of external training.
Implementation of a code of ethics and responsible purchasing charter: 100% of employees trained, 24% of strategic suppliers committed to date.
Objective to generalize supplier engagement and strengthen integrity, transparency, GDPR compliance, anti-corruption measures, and traceability.
Quality commitment supported by ISO 9001 / 14001 / 19443 certifications, with recognized expertise in airflow, acoustics, and nuclear safety.
Innovation remains at the core of our priorities, driving the development of lower-carbon, sustainable, and high-performance solutions.
Sustainability Approach
We believe that today’s performance drives tomorrow’s success.
Our CSR approach is voluntary, evolving, and measurable. Each year, we conduct a full carbon footprint assessment on our own initiative—an uncommon practice for a company of our size—allowing us to transparently monitor our impact and identify concrete improvement levers.
This momentum is part of an ambitious vision: to continuously progress toward a more responsible industry and, in the short term, achieve the EcoVadis Platinum medal, the highest recognition in sustainability.
Guided by innovation, quality, and environmental responsibility, we turn our commitments into measurable actions to build sustainable and shared growth.
Goal: zero accidents and zero occupational illnesses.
In 2024: 6 minor accidents.
€120K invested to improve safety: ergonomics, fume extraction, workstation adjustments, and hearing protection.
Target certification: ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) by 2027.
Clear gender equality policy: minimum 25% women, with a current rate of 30%, with a progression objective across all levels.
Commitment to achieve 6% employment of people with disabilities, directly or through partnerships with adapted organizations.
Recruitment and promotion based on objective criteria, free from social, ethnic, or gender discrimination.
Implementation and monitoring of our social policy.
Internal surveys: 86% of employees are proud to work at F2A.
Regular awareness initiatives on health, safety, HR best practices, and ethics.
Tailored training programs: products (ISO 19443 / nuclear safety), HSE, safety (Social and Economic Committee , gestures and postures), and commercial training.
Training is supported by management and embedded in the company culture: 1,870 hours of external training delivered.
