Grand Paris Express – Episode 1

Installation of smoke dampers and splitters on lines 16 and 17.

The construction of the future lines 16 and 17 “Grand Paris Express” is progressing and F2A is fully associated with it under the direction of the FAN grouping (Eiffage – Equans). These lines will respectively serve ten and nine stations.

Last month our first smoke dampers and silencers were installed there !

Based on technical and acoustic specifications, our teams designed and produced multi-module MS-D smoke dampers (class 3, certified 400°/2h) and silencers with BD+ baffles (certified 400°/2h) particularly adapted to smoke control applications.

First step for F2A on lines 16 and 17, which was a very well executed operation by the Eiffage Energie Systèmes teams under the supervision of Société du Grand Paris.
