MCE circular artight sleeve : airtightness and energy savings !
The airtightness class of a ductwork system, according to the NF EN 12237 standard, depends on all the elements of the ventilation system. The flexible connections must be taken into account in the measurements of the leakage rate of a ductwork, otherwise a penalty coefficient will be applied according to the FD E-51-767 operating process.
MCE circular airtight sleeve, class C according to EN 15 727 (leakages divided by 9 compared to class A), guarantee the initial tightness class of the ductwork and enable to connect with reliability fans or air handling units to the ductwork.
The MCE has been developed to reduce energy losses from buildings by significantly reducing leakage rates. Finally, the integrated clamping ring clamps ensure a quick and easy installation.
