Description
The BS pressure relief damper and BD vacuum relief damper are designed to automatically maintain a slight positive or negative pressure within a building or technical room. Installed on external walls, they provide natural pressure balancing in commercial HVAC systems without the need for electrical power or motorized operation.
- The BS model operates in positive pressure applications:
the dampers open when the internal pressure becomes higher than the external pressure.
- The BD model operates in negative pressure applications:
the dampers open when the internal pressure becomes lower than the external pressure.
Thanks to their simple, lightweight, and robust design, the BS/BD dampers provide a cost-effective and reliable solution for passive airflow regulation in commercial buildings and technical rooms.
