TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

Our products meet demanding technical and regulatory requirements. This shapes our culture: high standards in design, precision in manufacturing, and strong process control. We value technical expertise, continuous development of know-how, and a deep understanding of our products. Industrial performance is built on expertise.

TEAM SPIRIT AND PROXIMITY

F2A is an independent industrial company. This means close relationships, stability, and long-term commitment. Teams work closely together, with strong collaboration between production, engineering, sales, and support functions. Expertise is shared, communication is direct, and decisions are made close to the field. Management remains closely connected to operations. Performance is collective.

Autonomy and Trust

At F2A, every employee is responsible for their own scope. Autonomy is expressed through how work is organized, taking initiative, and proposing concrete improvements. We expect professionalism and commitment. Trust cannot be decreed: it is built through action and grounded in competence.

Our social policy

Initiatives related to health, sports, and the environment. Team events, social gatherings, and internal initiatives also help strengthen cohesion and employee engagement.

Our CSR committee, made up of volunteer employees, proposes concrete improvement initiatives on topics such as well-being at work, health, sports, and the environment.

At each of our sites, safety officers lead occupational risk prevention initiatives with the goal of “zero accidents.” We also work on the ergonomics of our facilities and equipment.

Every year, F2A supports several charity runs by covering the registration fees of our employee runners: Courir pour elle, the Saint So course, the Bressoline, and more.

Each year, our employees come together for friendly gatherings that strengthen team cohesion and a sense of belonging and engagement: annual seminar, summer activity, family day, and more.

Our expertise
DESIGN AND INNOVATION
Imagining, designing, and continuously improving our acoustic and air management solutions means combining technical expertise with added value. Acoustic project managers, acoustic engineers, design office technicians, and our teams work closely with customers to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions adapted to the most demanding environments.
SALES DEVELOPMENT AND CUSTOMER RELATIONS

Understanding customer needs, advising, quoting, and supporting projects: these roles are at the heart of customer relationships and F2A’s development. Inside sales engineers, sales administration assistants, area sales managers in France and export markets… from the initial request to project completion, these teams play a key role in customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

PRODUCTION AND OPERATIONS
Manufacturing, organizing, and delivering: these professions give life to our solutions, from raw materials to finished products. Machine operators, industrial seamers, welders, logistics technicians, and buyers all contribute daily to recognized industrial know-how, where precision, quality, and coordination are essential.
SUPPORT AND MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS
Supporting company performance through expertise, analysis, and strategic vision. Finance, HR, IT, QHSE… these teams support strategic decision-making and contribute to the sustainable development of F2A.

Testimonials

Anass
Anass Account Manager, nuclear market, with F2A for 9 months

What I enjoy most in my job is the variety of assignments. I work on different aspects every day, and no two days are alike. Every project is different, which makes the work both stimulating and interesting.

Marie-Christine
Marie-Christine Machine Operator, with F2A for 4 years

My background is somewhat unusual, since I don’t come from this industrial world. Completely changing direction took a bit of courage, and I had my doubts. Today, I have no regrets at all: I feel good in my work, I love what I do, I’ve found a balance that really suits me, and that truly makes a difference day to day. I would sum up my experience by saying: “Come and try, you’ll form your own opinion, but generally, people want to stay.”

Titouan
Titouan Workshop Manager, with F2A for 4 years

There is real trust between my manager and me. I have a great deal of autonomy in my role because she knows what I can do and I know what I’m capable of. We’re all here to help the company grow, and it’s genuine teamwork that happens every single day.

Céline
Céline Acoustics Account Manager, with F2A for 3 months

F2A is a manufacturer, and I get to see how the products we offer are built. What I particularly like is the scientific and technical expertise behind the products we propose. It’s rewarding to know that the products I recommend are based on real know-how and meet high standards. When I joined, I appreciated the kindness of the various colleagues who helped with my onboarding.

Michot
Michot Product Manager, textile ranges, with F2A for 8 years

I enjoy everything that makes up my job, the synergy around this role. The fact of learning every day and never getting bored. We have the opportunity to thrive in our work, and if an opportunity arises, we can have the possibility to grow.

Yasmine
Yasmine Sales and Customer Relations Manager, with F2A for 15 years

I’ve moved into increasingly important positions within the company. Unlikely! I wasn’t headed toward this profession; I came in for a summer holiday replacement 15 years ago, and I’m still here. That’s proof enough that it’s a great place to be.

Onboarding process
A strong start matters

From day one, every new employee follows a three-week onboarding program: discovering the teams, immersion on our sites, and support tailored to the position. At F2A, this approach is designed to make integration easier and help everyone succeed from the very beginning.

A work environment that makes a difference

Profit-sharing and incentive schemes, with nearly 87% employee participation, fair profit-sharing, remote work available up to two days per week, and meal vouchers fully covered up to €5. Additional benefits, local support, work-life balance, and everyday recognition all contribute to a positive working environment.
