Characteristics

The industrial damper MKS was designed to shut off the ventilation networks in industrial applications subject to high pressures. It is suitable for large sized ductworks.

Construction:

  • Frame and blades : galvanised steel, aluminium, stainless steel 304L or 316L
  • Lateral gaskets: stainless steel
  • Blades’ gaskets: EPDM
  • Control shaft: Ø16mm
  • Blades actuation via linkage
  • Manual or motorized control in factory

Performances:

  • Upstream/downstream airtightness: class 3 according to EN 1751
  • Acceptable pressure: 6 000 Pa for a length of L = 1m
  • Maximum air velocity: 25 m/s
  • Operating temperature: -20 to +100°C (+250°C as an option)
